Developer and Main Contractor
The owner and developer of the project, as well as the only contract party for the whole investment project is Lemcon Invest LLC, the subsidiary of LEMCON Ltd. Lemcon Ltd, which in turn is part of LEMMINKÄINEN Talo Ltd., Finland’s most experienced building construction company and one of the largest. The parent company Lemminkäinen was founded in 1910 and it is listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The net sales in 2007 were 2,2 billion Euro.
Lemcon Ltd has operated in over 70 countries around the world. The operations in Russia started already in 1972.
