Lemminkäinen Invest LLc, registered in Kaluga region in August 2007, has partnership agreements with Knight Frank for strategic consulting and brokerage, Salans for legal support and sales deal structure creation, and Assmann for general area design. In November 2007 Lemminkäinen Invest (Lemcon Invest) signed investment cooperation agreement with authorities from the Kaluga region, Babyninskiy district and Vorotynsk settlement.
