STATUS OF THE PROJECT on the 30.06.2010
Marketing activity
Project’s marketing campaign is currently carried out. It resulted in the assignment for turn-key construction project for the Finish manufacture of plastic packaging materials Rani Plast Ltd. The factory will be located on the territory of I-Park Lemminkäinen. We continue negotiations with the other foreign industrial companies concerning the location of their production and logistics facilities in the I-Park Lemminkäinen. These companies operate in such industrial fields as manufacturing of car components, metal processing, household appliances, construction materials and logistics. The team of the best commercial property experts such as Knight Frank (consulting and marketing services), Salans (legal support), Assmann Beraten+Planen (design services) are assisting the project of I-Park.
Design and permitting
By now Assmann Beraten+Planen has accomplished the design project of the industrial park’s infrastructure required under the Russian legislation for all necessary approvals and commencement of construction works. The design project is currently being investigated by the State expertise department.
The design for high-pressure gas pipeline including three overpasses is completed and approved.

Infrastructure
The direction of concern has approved the sum of investments required for the development of infrastructure according to the Investment Agreement signed by Lemcon (Lemminkäinen Talo) and the Government of Kaluga region. Nowadays we continue to cooperate effectively with all the departments and organizations of Kaluga region.
Power supply
All financial and technical issues as well as the location of the coming transformer substation are agreed with Kalugaenergo OJSC. The agreement on the technological connection is signed. The main equipment (transformers) is purchased and is currently stored on the territory of the construction site of Lemcon Invest Ltd. The registration of the land plot for allocation of transformer substation is completed. The installation of equipment is planned to be completed within this year.
Gas supply
Technical specifications for the connection to the existing gas pipeline network are received from Kalugaoblgas OJSC. The design project for connection to the gas distributing networks has been studied by state industrial security expertize and received positive approval. The necessary construction works will be accomplished within the summer months this year.
Water supply and waste water disposal
The agreement for technological connections with Vodocanal of Kaluga region is signed and is being accomplished. The connection to the water supply sewage networks is to be completed within this year.
Telecommunications
We have financed and built up the telephone conduit to the boundaries of the Industrial park. The carrying capacity of the fiber-optic lines meets the demands of future residents of the industrial park. A “copper” cable has been laid to fulfill the demands for fire and intrusion alarm systems.
Storm water sewage system
The design project for the storm water treatment facilities is completed and it meets all the demandsr of the Russian legislation.
