In August 2007 LEMCON Ltd. has registered the company named Lemcon Invest LLC in order to implement the project of Industrial park in Kaluga region.

 

Thus Lemcon Invest LLC, the subsidiary of LEMCON Ltd., is the owner and developer of the project, as well as the only contract party for the whole investment project.
LEMCON is a part of LEMMINKAINEN Talo Ltd., which represents building construction division of LEMMINKAINEN GROUP of companies.

 

LEMMINKAINEN was founded in Helsinki, Finland in 1910. Since then it has grown into a second largest construction company in Finland. Net sales in 2007 made 2,2 billion Euro.
